Binary packages with the latest version of the "Desktop-t2c" test suite can be downloaded from this cite.
The sources of the tests are also available: lsb-test-desktop-t2c-3.90.0.src.tgz
The instructions on how to build the tests from sources and execute them can be found in README file contained in the tarball.
